fast paced fps game? (wanted)

hey can some tell me are there other good fast paced fps games other than q3 and ut2004

Counter Strike, CoD4... those are pretty fast paced. I'd get CoD4 on the PC if you have the option to, though.

i really want to know too! Sick of this slow paced crysis tactical bull. Btw a good fps with story is call of juarez 2 but although its not fast paced, it has some satisfying shooting mechanics.polarwrath11

call of juarez 2 is pretty fast paced. i mean, you just fight a load of guys, all the time. very little "tactical bull" i would say:)

and tc i really really recommend call of juarez 2, im playing it through a second time atm.

Painkiller, Quake 4, F.E.A.R., Serious Sam, Warhead, any UT game.

technically Quake Live is q3, but its getting quite the player base. And is still different from the original quake 3. Give it a try, its free QuakeLive.com
