Thats the Kozzy pick of the day!
I'm assuming you meant Gamersgate? You can do that, yes. Take the respective keys and register it on Origin or Steam. Steam should be no problem, but for EA, older games might not work on Origin (ie. Mass Effect 1). Depending on the game, GG also lets you download the game's installation from their website. That might be the way to go if Steam is going to slow with the sale and all.So when buying a game on gamers game with steam or origin DRM that basically means you are buying the cd key and then enter that key into the correct client and then download the game as if you bought it from that client?

So I've put a little hurtin' on my wallet and my harddrive so far...
STALKER SoC
STALKER Call of Pripyat
Scribblenauts Unlimited
Lone Survivor
Red Orchestra GoTY Deluxe
Half Minute Hero: Super Mega Neo Climax Ultimate Boy
All of these for less than the cost of 1 average console game!

Go to your "Purchase History" and your games will appear with their respective codes. Very simple and easy to use!So when buying a game on gamers game with steam or origin DRM that basically means you are buying the cd key and then enter that key into the correct client and then download the game as if you bought it from that client?

There's a 5% code for Gamersgate. Apply code: IAMANELDERGEEK. It should still work. It is only 3 days old.Yes, it's a small discount but it's better than nothing and it's sure to put a small dent in your more expensive purchases. My laptop is getting abused with all these deals. I need to defrag and uninstall some things. This is insane. Some good deals right now, but I have not been able to pull the trigger.
So many good old games for so cheap and I can't afford any of them after the hit my bank account just took. Sweet.
Picked up DCS A10C Warthog on Steam. In 10 Hrs. of gamplay I give it a 9.5/10. Its a flight simulator. I underlined the Sim part because that is what the game is, and that is the mode it is the most fun to play in. I haven't been in a real A-10, so I can't vouch for realism, but in the game there is a big process just to get the plane started, drop bombs, navigate etc. The game must have around 100 buttons in the cockpit and 25 gauges and displays. Luckily there is a very good tutorial that explains things by voice/written commands, and by highlighting buttons. You can also opt to play with the plane already started for you on the runway, or inflight.
I'm also waiting for Doom 3 to become a flash sale, and drop further in price.
Games I was close to getting, but changed my mind on because of reviews and I'm broke:
Rainbow Six Vegas 2
Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition
Edit:
Also just picked up Knights of the Old Republic II on steam; for $2.49 I couldn't resist.
Bought CoD4 and WaW on the Steam mobile app, then when went on to Steam on my desktop, my brother had gifted them to me as a Christmas present. So my brother ended up getting the games too. Kind of sucks for me since I wasted $20, guess I'll add $20 to make up for it.
I purchased Company of Heroes for 2.49. I just could not pass up such a good deal on one of the best RTS games ever.
Ive picked up.
Bethesda Complete Pack, (GamersGate) (all Steam keys)
(swapped Skyrim to a friend for Darksiders Complete pack(cause i have skyrim)
Steam:
Dead Island
Toki Toki (49cents lol)
Orcs Must Die 2 DLC
Gifted Orcs Must Die DLC and Skyrim DLC to a friend,
Recieved War of the Roses and Rayman Origins as gifts.
..So far so good.
I have been dying to play Kingdoms of Alamor and steam hasnt put it on sale

If anyone's waiting for a KoA Steam deal - don't. It's never going on sale because it was self-published by 38 Studios and they're bankrupt so the rights to that version are in limbo. Get the complete pack, EA puts it on sale like every week and it activates on Origin.
[QUOTE="Wanderer5"]How so? Wasn't it one of very few games that pushed visual art style over technical graphics? Dreamcast days.. mmmmJet Set Radio could have been one that I would consider getting, but sounds like it didn't aged well.
Elann2008
Talking about gameplay wise, where it dated and also frustrating from what I read.

Ahh gotcha. It was very popular back in the dreamcast days haha.Just got the Half-Life Complete pack, along with Wargame: European Escalation, Ys Origin and Ether Vapor Remaster from Steam.
It's the buggiest STALKER game. Only if you are a hardcore fan of the series. Eh, might as well find a better game! Do you have the other STALKER games? (I assume you do though)[QUOTE="Elann2008"][QUOTE="mitu123"]
Is STALKER Clear Sky worth buying for $ 2.49?

Just a heads up. 'Hotline: Miami' currently 50% off at Gamersgate and is the steam required version. No doubt will be on sale at this price on steam with in the next 10 days but in case you can't wait. :P

Gamefly has it for $12. Not a steam key of course because it's an EA game. It's $60 on Steam right now. There's no way it will even touch the 50% off mark. Go and get it at Gamefly! :PGuild Wars 2 for 30 bucks? Wow... That upsets me, I ordered it for 44.99 not long before they reduced the price. Ah well.[QUOTE="Elann2008"]Amazon does not sleep. Guild Wars 2 for 30 bucks? Wow... Yup :D It doesn't surprise me though. Ever since The Secret World got rid of their subscription model (now buy to play), Arena.net has to ease up on the price a bit and gain some player base. Not that I think it has anything to worry about. :)[QUOTE="Elann2008"]Amazon does not sleep. Argh bloody Activision. I want to buy COD4 but it's $30USD in the Australia Steam store and $10USD in the American one. So far all attempts at VPN/Proxy have failed. What a nightmare.
