For anyone (like me) who is looking forward to Elemental Stardock has just announced a release date of Aug 24th. Found here

The game so freaking awesome...and glad the release date is so close. I hope they open up the beta soon as I'll probably pre-order once that happens (pre order grants you access when the open the new wave).

Oh no! For some reason I went all this time thinking that there would be large-scale real time battles... But it looks like it's just one guy moving onto another square and making some battle noises? This makes me saaaaaaad
