Anyone know of any DX12 games that are in development? Also, off topic, but does anyone know when Xbox and PC will be able to game together and will fps games be cross platform. Don't really see how that will work with fps games.

Yes,,, Ashes of Singularity is first High End DX12 game currently in development. In fact, you can take part in its Pre-Alpha state right now. It's RTS that will have also support DX11 but with DX12 you'll get thousands of dynamic lights, better AI, better visuals, better performance etc. The game will enter Beta, late next year. So, it's still away but keep an eye on it. Devs have good track record too.
Squadron 42/Star Citizen also plans to support DX12 but don't know if it'll be added later as an update or will be supported Day One. TW: Warhammer may support DX12 as well. Same goes for Unreal Tournament.
question about dx12 from my understanding dx12 will allow vram to scale with multi gpu setups how will this affect older games?

Run in compatibility mode?.
unless the game is specifically coded in a way that can take advantage of the vram stacking then it won't make a difference
This goes for dx12 games too.You won't see this feature unless the devs implement it in their engine.
I hope fallout 4 supports it,it would make a huge difference in performance.Bethesda's engines have always been cpu bottlenecked.
@PredatorRules: GTA V is playable on Xbox one with PC? Never knew that.
I meant it's playable in sort of Xbox players with PC players by allowing aimbot controllers with pure keyboard + mouse control on the same server.
Actually you can. :)
