DX10 4 EVERYONE, NO NEED for vista, to use it, info here!!

HAHA :), I told everyone this but no one believed me beofre, and here is the proof I WAS WRITE:

IT IS POSSIBLE TO USE DX10 without having vista, even if You have an oldie gpu, and a old win NT system with a FREE app

I may have to close this later, I'm not quite sure what Microsoft's stance on this is as I'm pretty sure this isn't an open source deal.

No, No way in hell with this happen. Do you think microsoft will sanction something like this? Also, DX10 is not built in to DX9 cards. I have no idea how this is going to work.
