yes. an SLI setup is about the only setup that is going to run a rock solid 60FPS even at 1080P. if we are talking 1440p.... there is no question. a single card will not cut it.

Unfortunately dropping to 4xAA won't help...

The benchmark bellow shows that even with a i7 5960X 1920x1080 with Ultra settings and even 2xAA is too much for any card to reach 60FPS unless its heavily overclocked... And with my experience with the game what ever your average framerate is you are going to lose 1/2 of that during battles and in certain areas of the game.

So dips to 30-40FPS is normal.

Yup. That happens to me as well sometimes. Even with a pretty fair overclock on both my Crossfire 7950's and i5 2500k, I can see the frame rate take a dive every now and again with everything set to max. Oh well, might have to start dialing back the settings for a bit. Not planning on upgrading my cpu until Skylake, and my video cards until after the 9xx series.

And somtime the game crash and show long message starting with " directx function getdeviceremovedreason failed with dxgi_error_device_hung "

I restart my pc , but same problems still there ,

I tried another games like Middle Earth with max setting and no single problems , I don't know what to do ?

I am using a single GTX970(until monday when I SLI) and am running 1440p downsampled to 1080p thorugh DSR. I havent tried using fraps but my experience has been buttery smooth. Im also using a GSYNC monitor so maybe it is dropping a bit but gsync is doing its job. Cant wait for my second card to come, despite the Vram usage issue.

Do you have an ssd? On my gaming PC with an ssd loading is super fast, but when I use my gaming laptop(without SSD) it takes forever....
