direct2drive activation problem

HI. i just downloaded test drive unlimited from direct2drive. i already used the direct2drive activation and provided the key on my account page to them. but when i enter into the game, it asks me for a seperate activation key, like the one you would find on the back of the case. any suggestions? Thank you
