Diablo 2 can't raise skill.

Hi i am playing diablo 2, and i am the paladin, i just gained level 30. and whant to get the "fist of the heaven" it requeres level 30 but i can't get it. I am level 30 and it requeres level 30, i got all the skills below it: "Holy bolt and blessed hammer" but still can't. My friend has the same problem whith his druid in level 30.

Can someone help me?

You need to have a point in sacrifice, zeal, vengeance and conversion aswell before you can learn fist of the heavens.
