CSS Spray Problem

Hello,

Today, my friend and I were chatting on Steam. He said he had a problem with Counter-Strike: Source. He said that he was not able to put up a custom spray that he wanted. When he tries to import it, he gets a message saying, "Can not write output spray file. Possibly, the current user does not have access permission."

First, the picture is a JPG file. Second, hes the administrator on his computer and there is no other user on it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Do you know what the limit is?

Max size is 184x184px. It says this in steam settings... i dont think it would let you upload it otherwise.
