The only way to find out is start mix and matching graphics settings. I try to keep Objects, Textures, and Water at High or Very High. Shaders at High. Shadows and Post processing are either at High or Medium depending on how bad the framerate hit is. Volumetric and the other effects are at Medium. Sound is at Minimum (I just turn up the bass on my 2.1's), Motion Blur is off. No AA. Res: 1920x1080.

Also, I go with a -dx9 switch to force DX9. That also eliminates Very High as an option.

I'd definitely keep Shaders on at least High even if it means toning down the other settings.

Well if Crysis even runs on Mac, then I'd say medium. Best way to find out is downloading the demo.
