my brother is looking for a new computer and he found one... on ebay though and i was wondering is it any good.

No, thats not the one he would like to buy. It lacks a graphic card, gamming isn't going to happen on it. 300GB HDD is bad.

If you need to change the graphic and buy a new PSU and get a bigger HDD and install windows whats the point of buying that PC? It's not even cheap for what you get? Don't get that PC that is my recommendation.
