Bioshock Infinite System Requirements

I've read the Recommended specs, but how well do you think I'll be able to run the game?

AMD 965 BE @ 3.4 Ghz

AMD HD5830

8GB DDR3 1600

1920x1080

Why would the 5830 have issues with running it on medium-high 30fps?

The 5830 is a little bit weaker than a GTX 460 so it shouldn't have to much trouble with this game.

Well, so far I'm running it at Ultimate at 35-40 FPS, granted I just started not too long ago.  I'm happy with that.

Not even the 5870 scores that high on ultimate :))

I have a second rig with a c2q Q9550 a 5870 and 4gb ram.. and on ultimate settings at 1080 i barely get over 30 fps(indoor is higher)

Either your resolution is low, either u lie ;)

running the game pretty well with Utlra settings.
