Big Daddy vs. The Tank

Who would win? This may be a no contest, but still want to know what people think.

I may make another versus if I can think of one, but after plaing Bioshock and Left 4 Dead, this is what came to mind.

I would also like you to post "your" reason for selecting one over the other.

For fighting them in-game, I'd give a slight edge to the tank. Unlike the Big Daddy, you really can't set up good traps to really take it down, and that once it has you in a good position, the tank can really **** you up quick, where in Bioshock, you can just keep paralyzing it and blasting away. However, also depends on what Big Daddy we're talking about, a Rosie or a Bouncer. Against a Bouncer, the tank still gets it in my book, but the two are close. Against a Rosie, it's no contest, since they're extremely easy to take down.

Rosies easier to take down? Not from my experience.

Rosies can shoot me from a distance and have proximity mines, the Bouncers only have the Drill and their Dash move.

I just use lightning on Bouncer and blast away, and repeat. The Rosie is alot harder to take down in my opinion.

I think a Rosie has a better chance against the tank than a Bouncer. Even though the Bouncer has that drill, he needs to get close enough to the Tank to use it, at which the Tank can strike back. The Rosie would shoot the Tank and drop proximity mines as the Tank rushes to it. Another plus for both Big Daddys is their armor, but not too sure if that is a lot of help.

The Tank. As you can see in the picture he already has a battlescar in his chest from the last 'big daddy' he took down.

Tell me how to kill a Big Daddy with one shot. Because usually when I take one on, I use up alot of Eve, Armor-piercing bullets, and heat-seaking RPGs.

It is impossible to kill a Big Daddy with one shot, it takes a large number of rounds and clips to kill this behemoth.

That would be an epic fight I would pay to see.

The tank knocks around full-sized automobiles like they're nothing.

Because he's awesome and can smack a car 10 meters away.

The Big Daddy just needs to stick the arm drill out and it will totally kill the tank. The tank just has a gorilla attack.

Votes are alot closer than I thought, need to think up another versus between another 2 tough game characters.

Still, it is hard to actually tell which character would win because they are in 2 completely different games.

My logic here is, Big Daddy fights are one on one, but you have plasmids and have advanced weaponry, while fights with the Tank you have somewhat realistic weapons but they are 4 on one fights.

i vote big daddy. it just looks more menacing
