Best PC Magic based game?

Hey all,

I have recently finished watching Avatar the last Airbender and it made really want to play a good game based around magic use(fire, earth, water and air). I am not looking for a moba unless its third person and not top down (nothing like dota or LOL please), I have tried SMITE, FORGE and Magicka but they aren't really what I am looking for (although Forge is really fun). So does anyone have any ideas for a good magic game?

Legend of Grimrock has a pretty neat magic system.

For Combat: Guild Wars 1
For world interactivity: Ultima VII (really old though) and watch out for Divinity: Original Sin, which will probably surpass U7, it isnt out yet though.

Honorable mentions: Morrowind and Two Worlds 2 where you can create your own spells.

Midas Magic for Skyrim is a great mod :D It completely makes up for how beyond awful the base game's magic system is.
