ok so i just got accepted into the beta, and well... i did everything to sign up right, i attached my beta key to my ea account, and when ever i go to play.battlefield-heroes it gives me the pop-up (Authentication required) i fill it in RIGHT, and when i hit enter it just gives me the same pop-up again... help me please.
go to the link you got in your email again, click at the bottom of the page "reset security layer password" and set it to something 8 characters or longer. I had the same problem as you two.
Good. And I've played about ten games and I love it. It's very addictive. I'm level 5 and am a Royal Soldier. I love this game. Also, the missions add cool objectives besides get flags and frags.

you have two passwords and login id's one is the ea login and password and the other is the heroes beta login and password. I made mine the same to make it easy but I never really thought about which one they want. You might try the other login and password. Also make sure your browser settings are correct to allow it to load.

personally i found the game to be quite drab
It's not GREAT, but it isn't as bad as some people make it out to be. I do hate that it's only free to PLAY and you have to pay to get most of the upgrades.
i have my own account on battlefield heroes, but i set it up on my friend's computer. now i can log in on my computer fine, but when i press the "play game" button it says the usual "battlefield heroes: game launching" and says that it should start soon or follow the instructions if the install add-ons box pops up, but it does neither.(by the way, i have windows)
Do not install this stupid game. You will never recover the time you waste putting it on your hard drive. You would spend your time more wisely doing things like picking your nose, scratching your arse or watching paint dry. Seriously, this game really blows monkey chunks.
