Battlefield 2142 Booster Pack Problem

I've bought Battlefield 2142 Deluxe Edition about a year ago now... registered the game on my Battlefield 2142 and EA account and whatever, you know.

But now I've just got a new pc and have installed it, it won't let me register the booster pack "Northern Strike" something about system error - Is it still attached to my profile? Or do I have to contact customer support (again)?

(P.S. The core game and the expansion pack in this case are the SAME serial code)

Its connected to your EA account. Once you use the CD key to make an account the very first time you have to just login with it in order to play.
