Battery Plugged in But Not charging on my laptop?!

Battery is currently at 81%, how to i get it to charge? It's always plugged in on my laptop. I've tried going into device manager and uninstalling it and then rebooting. But it just wont chargeee! any help!

You could be drawing to much power?

@thingta42: close the laptop, it'll enter standby mode - let it charge for 30 min to 1 hour like that and tell me if this doesn't get it to 100%
