The game runs like crap.. Like really poor. I can get a somewhat stable 30fps if I put a lot of the settings on medium... Any settings that has a huge impact on performance, or is it still generally poorly optimized?

I'm running a GTX 980 Ti with 3570K at 4.5GHz. The GPU runs at 1354MHz.. Resolution is 3440*1440.

I've managed to tweak it to get about 35 fps and with G-Sync it feels quite smooth. It really does need more work though

It is very poorly optimized. I couldn't even get it to work properly on my system and had to get a refund. No matter what I set it to in terms of resolution and post processing it always defaulted to 640x480 with no post-processing. Everything looked like it was made of smooth plastic legos. After about 2 hours of trouble-shooting and searching for workarounds (none of which worked) I got fed up. I'd be willing to give it another try in a year or two, but I'm not buying it again until they do a lot more work on optimizing it.

Speaking of poorly optimized games, Armored Warfare using Crytek engine - sadly they give a bad name to it since it's looking like crap and working the same as well =(

@klunt_bumskrint: I tried the settings you suggested, yet I in the 30, high 20¨s... I guess the 3440*1440 res also does its work to performance.

I tried it about a month ago and it was like unplayable on 780m 4GB SLI and i7 3.9GHz, even on lower settings.

This game is pretty shady. Classic bait and switch. It looks really good in the trailer, but when you see actual gameplay footage and how shitty it runs, the desire to buy the game dies.

They said that optimization will be coming after everything in game is added. So that they don't have to constantly fix bugs and waste time. They rather do it all in 1 shot.

I'm pretty happy with the graphics. Some lighting makes the game look less then stellar... But when the lighting is in the good phase... Game looks better then anything I ever played.

@Truth_Hurts_U: Yeah, but I settings quite low now and it still runs like crap. It looks great yes, the lighting is very good at times, but damn the performance sucks. I really thought it was better by now.

Yep, and patch after patch the performance gets worse.

It runs a better better than when it first came out but most of the optimization will happen once it hits beta. Many games don't do much optimization until most the stuff is added (aka when it leaves alpha and goes to beta)
