Anyone knows the name of this fantasy real time strategy game?

You summon units using mana with the main hero/king/something and those things can summon characters themselves using mana.

All mana is mutual like a resource in other strategies. Kind of like in Sacrifice, you summon a structure on a mana source to get it so your units and main unit can summon stuff.

I think one of the races has a "king" that can fly and one of the creatures has a whip and leopard features and can summon a tower.

One of the races has caged beetles. (as towers, I think.)

I do not think I will remember much more, I only got to play it once when I was a kid.
