Anyone knows how to tweak W3 HUD? (In file, not Options)

So by now I've turned off almost every HUD element, leaving just the Medallion and Map. Still I feel both of them are too big.

Is there a file I can edit to control the size of those 2 elements?

I think you can change the size of them in the options????
