I have it, and it was fun for the first couple weeks I had it. But after a while, you'll probably get tired of it, because it sort of becomes repetitive if you're not an "advanced" player.
Yep its a lot of fun if you are a creative person. Even if you arent there are plenty of game modes like Zombie survival and RP to keep you entertained. I'm in the process of learning wire mod and its pretty hard but you can do some awesome and amazing things with it. Buy it! its only $10.
I'm quite advanced with it and its still fun, but I'm completely out of ideas for it. My latest creation was a fully automated scare house with 6 exhibits. It was quite cool ^^. Look into the Wire mod, and Phoenix Storm 3 model pack. Learn how to use the SVN versions of them with the tortoise program. Its really not difficult and necissary to keep enjoying it. Vanilla gmod is boring to me.
