World in Conflict 2

Any word on this? Seriously one of the only games where you can use nukes and they take it away from us. Behold!

Not happening. Massive was bought out by Ubisoft and is currently developing The Division.

World in Conflict is an example of a game that needs no sequel. It's basically perfect.

The only reason it needs a sequel is to get more players in the game. Online is pretty much a ghost town from what I hear.

Won't be happening any time soon. It was a fantastic game, though.

That picture shows a pathetic mushroom for a nuke but ... behold, great ball of fire ! :P

Jokes and sarcasm aside - game is dead, there are barely people online anymore even though there is so so much you can add to the game but it would require an engine built from ground zero and I doubt Ubisoft (which is sinking like Titanic from several months ago) will work on anything that can be related to a sequel to WiC.

The campaign in that game was awesome!

Massive is bought by UBISOFT and even if WIC 2 ever happened , it'll be third person console shooter which will be delayed on PC and downgraded before release . What a sad end to such an amazing studio .
