Will small upgrade to video card matter much?

I have one pc I don't use much for gaming, it only has a ATI Radeon HD 4350. Well I've picked up at clearance a MSI ATI Radeon HD 6450 & plan to swap them out. Will this swap be noticed much?

Well it seems to be a good upgrade with over 50% performance increase.

It will let you do a light gaming at 720p.
