Yes a little bit, But if you OC your E6300 to around 2.4 it shouldnt.

Bottleneck is the term you are looking for. While I am not 100% sure I don't think there will be a bottleneck there, if there is it should not be much. Or you can just OC like Jiggly_Wiggly said.

It depends on your resolution, as shown below.
The GTS will be bottlenecked at anything under 1600x1200.

Why not? As long as you do your research, and take the proper precautions in order to keep your components cool, it's perfectly safe. And it's A LOT of fun!! :D
