Why do the buildings and roads on GTA IV not show up?

Kind of helps if you give us more infromation like computer specs and such

GTA IV with Intel integrated graphics? I'm surprised you can even see that much.

Hi, Its my first time here, I have the same problem but my computer specs are:: AMD Phenom(tm) 9650 Quad Core 2.30ghz 3.00GB Ram 32Bit Windows 7 Home Premium It is also running very slow as well as the roads, buildings etc being white / transparent PLease reply asap cheersjmahone

actually the lack of graphics card is the problem cause you don't have one plus your cpu is also bad
get a decent gaming laptop or desktop if you wanna play newer games
