The bit rate can be seen, just numbers, which I can compare. How about the codec / format? Advanced Video Codec / MPEG-4 (Base Media) VS XVID / Audio Video Interleave (AVI) How about the resolution? Cannot see from the lists above.

You avi is 624x352, your mp4 is 640x360. I doubt there is a big difference, but in your case the avi is probably better due to the higher bit-rate, but it also has a larger file size because of this.
