Well, as the topic says...which cooler is better for OC and not just stock? I'm kinda torn between the 2.

And which card in general is better to OC?

I've read that the Sapphire is a lot more quiet, so I'd get that one.

"The MSI R7950 Twin Frozr 3GD5/OC features the Twin Frozr III cooling design with the MSI-exclusive propeller blade technology. When compared with traditional fan blade design, it increases the air flow by 20%. And MSI advanced Twin Frozr III thermal design brings you an up to -10°C cooler and 13.7 dB quieter gaming experience than reference design."

Id go with the frozr, it looks badass

Here's the thing I read about the 7950's.  link

Seems like the temp difference is ~4 degrees more while being a bit more quiet than the MSI. Though, the results I'm seeing tells me that you should be looking for an Asus 7950, and not Sapphire or MSI.

Yeah, but they are more expenisve and hard to find where I live...plus they are 3-slot monsters that are hard to CF.

And that isn't dual-x sadly :(

I have a Twin Frozr version of the GTX 560 Ti and I love it (I have my card overclocked to 1GHZ core clock and the temps are still low).

Thanks to all. I decided to go for MSI because it uses ref. 7970 PCB which allows 7970 waterblocks which I intend to put on it if I get a good OC-er.
