Love the new AO it looks really good in that vid. I noticed in some parts of the video the boats created waves too, glad to see they didnt take that out all together it looks nice.

If it has no challenge like Assassins Creed and Ubisoft attempt to charge £39.99 then they can **** right off.

£29.99 tops.

The recent Nvidia drivers and this make me happy have a 670, with mantle and the new consoles using AMD I've been worried about reduced support for Nvidia cards

The game looks great. I'm curious as to how my GTX 770 will handle this game maxed out.

its good that midrange card users with hd 7850/gtx 650 ti boost will have to play on medium. Ahh it feels like 2004 again! finally the sun is shining a bit like the old days!

Most of the time it's a promotional thing. It will probably have some NVIDIA-exclusive goodies such as PhysX, but it would be bad business for Ubisoft to make games that run poorly on AMD cards. At least... ...I hope so. (Glances worryingly at my Radeon HD 7870 PC)

Anyway, looks sweet. Hope the reviews are good.

Looking forward to Watch Dogs and it's good to see the PC version looking the best, like always...

You will probably OC the core a little until nVidia gives us better drivers for this game. At least that is my guess on it.

@groowagon there's loads of gameplay footage on youtube. Check out one channel called openworldgames. They release all the latest known facts about watch dogs. Here's a few:

  • Over 100 different hacks possible
  • Watch dogs started as a racing game, so driving mechanics should be brilliant (also includes interior dashboard camera which is amazing!)
  • More side missions than main ones, they said it will take the average player 100 hours to complete everything (roaming around also factored into this)
  • The game engine was developed from scratch just for watch dogs (it will be optimised and should run smoothly on most gaming pc's)
  • The game was made for pc and ported to console (just how it should be done!)

I hope my GTX 580, 4gb ram and i5 2500k @5ghz can run this game maxed out.

for anyone wondering, the specs used in the trailer:

  • A lot of different specs will run the game at high level of detail, but for ultra you’ll need at least an Intel Core i7-4770K with a GeForce 780
  • The Nvidia Tech PC video was recorded on a rig with an Intel Core i7-3930K and a GeForce Titan.
  • Those that use an AMD video card won’t be able to enjoy Nvidia’s TXAA (Temporal Anti-Aliasing). HBAO+ (Horizon Based Ambient Occlusion), while developed by Nvidia, will still work on AMD cards.

Saying that, you won't need a Titan to be able to run the game like that video (I hope)
