Hi, i am new to posting so hope i got the right place.

I built a PC with my friend last week and just wanted some advice on an issue i am having. Everything is running fine except for the front Vcore. These are the following specs of my system:

Corsair 730T full tower case, Asus Z97 mark 1 mobo, Corsair H110i Cooler, Intel 1150 4790k I7, Gefore GTX 970, Corsair 750i platinum power supply and 16GB DDR3 ram. The case has 3 stock 140mm fans. The CPU itself is now overclocked to 4.6 GHz but this problem was prevalent before the overlock. The idle temperatures according to the boards AI suite 2 are the following at idle after 10mins to warm up (in celcius):

CPU: 25 Vcore: 54 Vcore (back): 42 DRAM: 31 Motherboard: 31 PCH: 34 PCIE1: 34 PCIE2: 33 USB3: 37

These are the temperatures under load while playing W.O.T (in celcius):

CPU: 34 Vcore: 65 Vcore (back): 53 DRAM: 41 Motherboard: 38 PCH: 46 PCIE1: 45 PCIE2: 42 USB3:47

I just want to know whether the Vcore is an issue at these temperatures and if it is what i can do to overcome the probem.

Any help is hugely appreciated,

Regards,

65C is pretty damn low.

Unlucky for me for me Haswell runs hot, I've got my i7 4770K @ 4.4GHz sitting @ 74C max load (idles @ 32C).

You definitely have nothing to worry about, your CPU runs cool.

Don't rely on the temps given to you by AISuite 2. Try also HWmonitor. They might have sorted things out, but the Vcore temp I get on my Z77 (mind you that difference) is wrong once the CPU is under load.
