Upgrading my pc

My pc specs are as follows:

750w seasonic power suplly bronze

6870 ati hd power colour

I7 2600 processor

I was contemplating about which parts should i upgrade in my pc and i need your advise.

Please tell me what should i upgradeand what should i not.

Oh i use my pc for gaming and i run windows 7 ultimate 64x.

GTX970 (330-350$) or GTX 780 for 310$ or GTX770 for 260$

All of them are improvement to your GPU, the more you pay - the better the card.
