Should I upgrade my 560ti to a GTX 970? My 560ti has served me well and most games I can play on high visuals for example farcry 4, but is is it time to invest in a new card so I can play games on a higher setting, that is the debate I'm having at the moment with myself.

Yes? 560ti is pretty old GPU, the 970 or R9 290 IMO best price/performance, would double your fps.

What's your current CPU?

Like PredatorRules said, best value/performance would GXT 970 or R9 290.

Well your CPU is fine, don't replace it till it dies or something alike.

I can see it's been sold for 270 pounds the cheapest reliable brand so if you found a 970 by Asus, Gigabyte, MSI or EVGA go ahead and buy it.

Meh, I'd go with R9 290 with a reliable brand, unless you really wish to get 970 get Asus, Gigabyte, MSI or EVGA

Palit are fine. They're the biggest graphics card manufacturer.

Not sure about RMA and customer service though...

£247.99 <----970

I had a pair of Palit 680's and they were really good clockers (1263MHz) and kept cool.

my brother has a 560 in his pc, its a good card for games a few years old, he doesnt ever game so its not an issue. But in most newer ones theres noway you could max anything on it. Get a 970 gtx. I'm using a Zotac 970gtx and its a tiny card and really quiet.

@guybrush2014:

No-one has asked if you even play at 1080p or above, otherwise the 970 is useless.
