Turning off GPU Scaling AMD

Someone please help me with this...

I got this issue, where Black Ops 2 and few other games won't allow me to change the resolution above 1600x900.

I had this one before, turned out I need to turn off GPU Scaling and ITC processing.

Something pushed me to update GPU drivers today and the thing turned back on and this time I just can't get it off! It keeps setting itself back on...

Please, I'm begging You, I'm close to carving my own face with a pencil - how do I turn it off?!

Nothing, must be a bug or something. I'm trying different drivers and still nothing.

Am I missing something?
