Trying to Remember a 90s Windows game

Here's what I remember;

1.) It's kind of like chess, but there is no order that you have to set up your monsters "pieces" in.

2.) Some of the monsters I remember;

-Troll (Turns into a rock when not moving)

-Big Red Demon (Shoots fireballs)

-Wraith/Ghost ("Summons" a fake door and uses it to move around the board)

3.) When two opposing players move to the same square they are moved to a fight area, and you have to control your creature and make them fight.

4.) You can also set traps on different squares.

5.) Don't think there was any internet play but you could play two players on the same PC.

6.) Both players get a chance to set up their creatures and traps without the other player seeing.
