Something not right with my PC

I have like a huge "frame freez" in two games what i am play right now. I think it may be HDD because usage:

I fix it!

It was page file :D

Was around 3-4GB so I change it for min: 8192 and max: 16384 for my 8GB ram - silly windows 8 :/
