[QUOTE="Lucianu"]Basically, the problem is that STALKER is a much more evolved FPS, but not streamlined enough.AcidSoldner
Damn, that is quite possibly the best description of what STALKER actually is that I've ever read. Lucianu is right, you can't play it like tradition FPSs. It's something that has to sink in over time but totally worth it.

Maybe I just need to give it a fair shot, sometime when I have nothing else to play i'll get through them

I knew the mercs and the red shirts were allies in Far Cry 3. I didn't really expect to see them meet up in the game. I had an RPG round break up the meeting.

A really (not) subtle mention of Red Faction... where The Protagonist mentions Mars... and then a hammer... and then freeing an oppressed colony... and then Alec Mason by name.

99CDB6D8177C8E5B1E69D9BF8F3066A1E6A38DA3

No matter how I look at it,Gangstas in Space is not doin' me right. This mission above is one of the longest and most unfun missions in all of Saint's Row: The Third. Including a segment with a one-hit-kill Brute. Whenever you get killed by her, it sends you back to a checkpoint and forces you to watch the same 30-45 second movie every time. That's poor game design.

I love Grand Theft Auto, but if GTA V doesn't have customizable vehicles, then it has missed the memo.

wis3boi

I was hoping that's what these screens would be. Looks great. And I see you have car mods, as well. So there are good car mods that work with 1070, as well. That settles it. I'm updating to 1070 when I install GTA4 on my roommate's new system, and getting that ENB.

Cobra_nVidia

And that's exactly why I didn't like mass effect 3 much.

It didn't have many interesting environments.Instead of multiple cities(illum, omega etc),you can only explore one(citadel).Bioware had the oppotunity to show us the turian home planet, but they blew it.And we didn't see much of the asari planet either.

Mass Effect 2

* Blah..blah...Cobra complaining blah..blah*

I mean, obviously the combat is fun, it's just...every change they made seemed to make it worse. Shepard is sluggish, guns have slow projectiles, heat sinks run out too quickly. Heck, I selected "barrier" as my additional power, then promptly removed it (I'm using warp ammo now).

I'm an adept. In mass effect, adepts had barrier as standard, they don't in ME2. Why? Because in this game, you can only use one power at a time. Using one disables all other biotic powers for a period of time depending on the skill. For barrier, it is 12 seconds. Even if biotics suddenly couldn't use barrier with other skills (I used to charge into battle with barrier up, then singularity, then push, then warp and guns, like a TRUE HERO!) why disable my abilities for 12 seconds?

Hey guys, I just reinstalled Dark Souls, and got the latest dsfix, but I'm having some issues. The game crashes on startup whenever I set the dsfix resolution to any higher than 1280x720. I've tried 1366x768, 1600x900, and 1920x1080, and they all just crash on startup. I've played the game before, with an older version of dsfix, I would assume, it was months and months ago, and I ran it at 1920x1080 with no problems. Any ideas?

Played some Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams. One of the best looking 2D platofrmers I have played (only beaten by Trine 2)

I guess I might just go back to an old version, then.

I am thinking about getting Deadlight or Mark of the Ninja. Opinions on those games?

I found Mark of the NInja too easy to play. I got bored fast and stopped playing it.
