Hi guys, I was hoping for some advice on upgrading my graphics card; right now, I can't play most new games as the frame rate is awful on even low settings. It's a Gateway desktop with an i5 2320 cpu at 3.0 ghz, with 8 gb of ram, and an amd radeon hd 7350 gpu. I was hoping to find a reasonably priced card ($100-200) that would make a significant difference? I play more of the adventure/mystery type games, e.g. gone home, vanishing of ethan carter, etc., so looking to run those at high settings with a solid framerate. I'm also in Canada, if that has any impact on the options. Would appreciate any advice/recommendations! Thanks

960 gtx card, though you should take a look at your psu.. Prebuilts like Gateways and other ones who build it mainly for regular computer stuff skimp out on a lot of stuff.. Meaning you probably have a crappy motherboard on top of a crappy psu.

If he has a crappy psu he can always get a 750ti... All you need is a minimum 300 watt psu for that one. I think the 960 needs at least 400watts

I'm afraid your only option is GTX750Ti, not because of PSU or anything, but because of price.

You could get R9 270X by Asus for 204$

You can get 270x, 280, and 285 for under 200.
