On a scale from one to ten (keep in mind that it is a budget system) what do you think. Also not, I do not just intend to keep it this way. I will upgrade.

Did you list everything you purchased for $950?
The watercooling kit is a waste for that rig...

Nice specs although I would have got a better quality PSU, 16MB HDD, 1x1GB stick of RAM and scrapped the water cooling. 7.5/10

Definite wasted money on the water cooling,Should of put  it towards  a good zalman CPU cooler or a better video card,like a 7900gs or  are you waiting for the 8600's?
