Raiden 3 for pc Where can i get it?

Most likely will have to import it.....   I don't think they even have a US publisher for it.   My copy almost completely in Japanese, had to guess on a few parts during installation.  The actual title menu and gameplay was translated to english though.  Here's a few screens so you can see what I'm talking about:
