Quick Dear Esther help

I let my brother play the game on my account but on his laptop. When I try to play the game all four chapters are unlocked and from the opening dialogue it seems like the game thinks Im on my second playthrough.

How can I start a fresh game?

@Oemenia: Just start from chapter 1.

You are technically on a "fresh playthrough". A lot of the narration lines, where they trigger, and items you find in the game get changed in each playthrough. But it's random, it doesn't consider which playthrough you are on.

Or delete all your saved games and profiles.

@FelipeInside: Or just start from chapter 1...lol. It's literally the same thing as starting a new game. Nothing changes.

Yes but I don't know if Dear Esther has a "NEW GAME" option in the menus. I think it only has START GAME (when you first boot it up), and then only CONTINUE.

Starting from chapter 1 is the equivalent of new game.
