I was wondering something about my psu (http://www.antec.com/specs/TPII550_spe.html). As you can see it has 2 12v output rated at 19amp each and i was wondering if its enough to power, lets say, a 8800gtx which requires 28amp. Does it matters if it doesnt have 28amp on only one output?
Well I'm planning of running a 8800GTS on a Corsair 620Watts which has 3 rails at 50 amps. But some people were saying the amperage was divided amougest the 3, as may be the same case with your system.
So I'm kind of worried if my PSU will even work with that card.

The HX620 can run two 8800GTX cards in SLI, I wouldn't be worried about your single 8800GTS.
