Quake Live launches on steam today

Time to get some free-lo on some not so obvious alts. :p

I'm glad it's on steam but they have made so many unnecessary changes just for this. The worst change they made for the game though is this abomination.

This was actually pretty catchy.

I played the hell out of Quake III when it came out and it was a blast. I tried playing QL for a bit but it's just way too outdated to be any serious fun. Fastest uninstall of my life.

Hi. I'm on an nvida card, I've fucked around with the scaling settings as much as I can and this doesn't appear to happen with any other game.

Whenever going fullscreen, half the fuckin game, is off the screen.

Any idea how to fix this shit?

Quake 3 still boss btw. Dated my ass.

Not feeling that new annoucer!

The damage indicators are probably a good thing as new players (or in my case old players going back) can get a grasp and easily gouge the damage and distant damage inflicted.
