Hi I'm recently playing prince of persia the two thrones on my pc, but the game lags when ever I change my game resolution to 1024 x 768 or higher. My computer is pretty decent, it is pentium 4 HT with 2.893 ghz, 1 GB of ram , 200 GB of hard drive space and ati radeon x300 series with 128 mb video ram. I checked system requirements labs and passed all the results very sucessfuly. Though my graphics card isn't impressive at all, it is good enough to play PoP:T2T. yet the game lags....
Could someone enlighten me on why the game lags and whether or not I may be able to improve performance my making some configurations. Thanks.
Well your first problem is the SE version of the x300 series uses your system ram as your video ram(which is slower.) Any step up should enable you to max the game with no lag, I would suggest something cheap like a 7600gs or gt(they are about the same price.
