Please Help

Hello,

I've recently bought myself a working PS2, and I was trying to figure out how to hook it up to my computer monitor. After doing some research I have found a Up Scaler Converter Box, and before i purchase it I wanted to ask if this box will do the trick, and if there are any additional cables that I need to buy to hook up my PS2 to my computer monitor.
