They can take as long as they want, now that they don't have publishers hanging over their heads.

As a fan of the old school d&d art style, I'm liking the non over exaggerated look. Most all of this newshit with the over sized everything and spikes everywhere is pretty cringe worthy.

And hell yes, to not wasting any time/money on lame romances.

It'll be nice to play this game for Christmas, I'm usually off work for a couple of weeks anyway during that time. Plus, I'm backer of the game, so I'd like the game to get done right.

Man what's up with good games being delayed, Wasteland 2 and Divinty:OS have been delayed too, ah well I guess we'll have to wait.

lol, it's Bugsidian. It'll probably be delayed several times and eventually released as Early Access so people can test their buggy messes.

I'm fine with them taking all the time they need. I want it to be a masterpiece like the RPG era from Baldur's Gate to Neverwinter Nights.

I'm not bothered that Obsidian is delaying PE. I've waited over ten years to play another game in this vein and, up until very recently, pre-Kickstarter, had given up hope of ever seeing one again so, yeah, waiting a little longer isn't going to kill me.

Hell, take all the time you need to make it great.

How does everyone feel about this Vs. Torment Numenera?

i would be surprised if we see it at all in 2014 to be honest. i suspect itll be more march/april 2015.

the initial deadline was a little too ambitous.

not fussed. i prefer they do it right than do it quickly.

the deadline was set assuming they would just reach the original goal. Things change once stretch goals come into play..it's the same thing for divinity:OS

Looking forward to both, but the new Torment more, because I'm a bigger fan of turn based as opposed to real time with pause.
