Should I use the pre applied thermal paste on the NZXT products, I do have AS5?

Anyway, just leave it, my x61 has it, and I also have AS5 somewhere but the paste on there is fine.

If you had something newer and better than AS5 (because it's old and not as great as the newer thermal pastes out there), I'd say sure. Otherwise I doubt it will make a noticeable difference. You might even get better temps because those pre-applied pads usually always mount perfectly.
