Non violent assassins creed

Hey I was thinking is there some sort of platformer that is like assassins creed but without the violence? because generally in games I dont like stabbing people to death or gore

That is a tall order... But Styx: Master of Shadows might work.

TC wants the AC climbing/stealth/parkour but without the killing.

To the op, one game that I'd recommend is Oddworld, Stranger's Wrath. It's open world platforming, but not quite the same degree of vertical scaling and parkour as AC. There is violence, but it's much more cartoony and not bloody at all. You are also encouraged to capture enemies alive as it earns greater rewards. The "weapons" are insects and animals that you have to harvest that do things like shock your opponents or spin them up in webs.

Thief: The Dark Project?

Most likely not what you're looking for, but:

The Saboteur. This game kind of makes me think they took Boondock Saints attitude, Mafia atmosphere, AC wall climbing and GTA car stealing/driving and put it all into one game.

You don't go around stabbing people, but you can blow stuff up and shoot people. Probably not what you're looking for, but I figure I'd toss it out there just in case.

@neatfeatguy: I'd say this is the worst option because isn't the blood even more evident by the stark black+white+red palette??

Prince of Persia: Sands of Time maybe. Awesome game, and not that violent. You kill some monsters now and then.

knytt underground and mark of the ninja are two that come to mind.

i second Batman games. Batman just knocks them unconscious . Mirrors edge is also another option
