I built this PC myself in Nov 2009 and nothing has been upgraded yet. I spent alot of money on it at the time.

$65 after rebate.

Was thinking of getting that and 8 gig of ram and call it a day. Need some advice on what RAM to get and if my PSU can handle this video card and if its even compatible with my mobo. Thanks.

260X is a weak GPU, you might play those games you wish for at low settings - or mix of medium and some turned off.

I'd get either GTX750Ti for 120$ or R9 270 for about 130$
