Need some advice(steam sale)

I never played any torchlight game before and i want to play as i am a big fan of titan quest .Both game is on sale on steam.Now my question is is it worth it to buy torchlight 1 or buy torchlight II and skip 1 or buy both?Need your opinion guys.

I'd just pick up Torchlight 2, if I were you.

@Zillaschool: Only buy Torchlight 2. TL2 has multiplayer, TL1 does not. TL2 is far better.

Like others said you'll be fine with just torchlight 2 and check out Grim dawn from the makers of Titan quest.

I just bought torchlight II and i already have grim dawn when it was on 50% sale a few days ago.The problem is i cant make up my mind which one to play torchlight or grim dawn(seeing its not finished yet i am thinking of waiting for full release)damn these steam sale too many game but not enough time to play all.....
