Hi, this is my first time using this forum and I need help on deciding what laptop to buy. I intend on using my laptop for an all purpose use but I also want it to be able to run games as I play League of Legends myself. I would want it to run on medium/high settings smoothly. I've done some research and I would ideally want to have an i7 processor with a NVIDIA GeForce graphics card, but I don't know too much about graphic cards and processors. I have a budget for about £500-700 ($850-$1200).

By looking at some laptops ive come across one which has an i7 processor and a AMD Radeon graphics card and another one which has an i5 processor and a NVIDIA® GeForce® processor. Here is a link. http://www.dell.com/uk/p/configuration-compare.aspx?returnURL=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.dell.com%2Fuk%2Fp%2Flaptops%3F~ck%3Dbt%23!dlpgid%3Dultrabooks%26facets%3D111726~0~1780114%2C208596~0~3040717%2C40189~0~196669%2C40189~0~196670%2C70205~0~2922199%2C70205~0~462570%2C41105~0~3778516%2C41105~0~3778517%2C93410~0~1450393%2C93410~0~1450394%26p%3D1

I dont really know what the differences are and how they effect gaming, so all help will be appreciated.

Alienware are very powerful but are heavy and can get pricey. I got my alienware mx15 on amazon for around $500. No problems can run almost anything at at least 30 fps.
