Hi. As said in other topics that my TV when in games or movie on my PC the voice is always quitter then the music and some times I can not hear the voice talking. I have come across settings in my properties on the PC and seen Low Frequency protection settings. The cut off setting is at 80hz could higher or lower setting improve just for normal speaker on my TV?.

That will have no effect on clarity of voices, it's to do with cutting low end noise. It is near to the fundamentals of spoken voice but it's irrelevant really. Get yourself some external speakers is the answer! TV speakers are absolutely terrible. Even a cheap 2.1 setup or a soundbar would be a massive difference.

You can try changing the audio presets or using an EQ if the TV has one but it'll only do so much.

Cutoff or crossover frequency either removes sound below a frequency or sends it to a sub.

Your answer is to get better speakers or use dynamic range compression.

Best bets to get some speakers like the others have stated, it's the TV's speakers that are the issue here.
